There is a connection issue between your KW account and your Facebook account. You will have to disconnect the connections on both sides and then reconnect. Follow the process below:
Disconnect the account from Console settings 1) Login to Command. 2) Move to Settings page. 3) Disconnect FB account from the Marketing Automation section. Remove App from Facebook settings 4) Remove the app from Facebook.com -> Settings -> Business Integration 5) Select the App and Click Remove button. 6) A popup modal will appear. DO NOT select checkbox for "delete all posts, photos and videos on Facebook that Keller Williams API may have published on your behalf.. Only click Remove button. Re-connect again from Console settings 7) Connect again from Command -> Settings. Make sure you have selected all pages. 9) Click OK
